About

People are not problems to be fixed.

I became a therapist because I believe every part of you, even the parts you struggle with most, has been trying to help you survive. My work is helping you meet those parts with curiosity instead of war.

My approach

A calm core Self that already knows how to lead.

I work from an Internal Family Systems lens, which means I see your mind as naturally made of many parts, each with a role, all of them welcome. Underneath them is a calm core Self that already knows how to lead.

Therapy with me is not about silencing the loud parts or forcing change. It is about understanding, and letting the healing come from you.

What to look for in a therapist

The most important factor in whether therapy works is not the method. It is whether you feel safe with the person across from you.

Take your time. Ask questions. A good therapist welcomes that.
