Services & Approach

Practical and kind, at the same time.

Two things that fit together better than almost any other pairing: Internal Family Systems and adult ADHD. Here is how the work actually goes.

Internal Family Systems

IFS starts from a simple, freeing idea: you are not one single thing, and you are not broken. Your mind is made of parts. Some protect you. Some carry old pain. Some step in hard when they sense danger. None of them are bad, even when their methods hurt.

In our work, we get to know these parts instead of fighting them. As they feel understood, they relax. The anxious part, the inner critic, the part that shuts down, all of them ease when they trust that your core Self is steady and present. That is where lasting change comes from.

Every part of you is welcome here.

Adult ADHD

Being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult can feel like grief and relief at once. So that is why. Years of feeling scattered, behind, or like you were failing at things that came easily to everyone else. The truth is your brain works differently, not worse.

Our work is practical and kind. We build systems that fit how your mind actually operates, and we tend to the harder part underneath: the years of self-blame. Using IFS, we meet the inner critic that learned to be loud, and we give it a rest. You get to stop fighting yourself.
